Customizable Ingress FS tag

Customizable file used to create keyfobs for Ingress First Saturday Charleroi April 2017.

This allows to create rounded tags with or without ring hole with Ingress logo and one or several line(s) of text.

Many customization features for size, text, font, centering, ... Only sensible parameter (outer size, beveled border width, overall height, ...), other values are automatically computed.
