Started from a blank model, and a trace of the Helix arms, et voila! A durable Helix fairing with tons of room for ESCs. I'll update this more later, but max ESC height is 20mm!! Length is 36mm. Thickness is roughly 1.8mm all around, so in PETG this means you're just about indestructible!

Prints awesome with 0.2mm layer height, 100% infill. It needs support, but I've been pleasantly surprised with how little it actually needs.
