Laminar Flow Hovering Hose

I haven't been able to test this yet; the weather has not been warm enough to test a water toy.

In theory, this design will generate a smooth (laminar) flow of water; it may be able to generate enough lift to support itself on water pressure alone. I will be testing and re-working this to hopefully produce a fun water toy.
