BRIO like Steam Engine - Upgrade and assembled

Another nice locomotive design on which I made some modifications.

Changes from original:
-most of the parts are assembled together
-thicker cabin walls
-chimney positioned to boiler center
-adjusted tolerances on printable axles
-added option for M3 bolt axles
-the front hole for the axle is positioned more towards the center avoiding cowcatcher
-cowcatcher is a bit higher
