22mm Clamping Pipe Bracket

This is a pipe bracket intended to clamp onto a 22mm OD pipe as a support for display objects (eg: as shown in picture).Nominal ‘open’ dimension is 22.5mm which should allow for easy insertion of the pipe prior to clamping.Print at the orientation with supports in the print profile to maximize cantilever strength.Warning: If you print flat on the flange, your part may shear/snap at the layer lines if you have off-centre loads. Test the strength of the printed and mounted pipe before placing your props or other objects onto this.InstallationMounting: Use 5x M4 flat-head screws to mount this bracket to a flat surface.Clamping: Use 2x M4 nuts, 2x M4 washers, and 2x M4x18mm or M4x20mm screws of your choice to clamp onto the pipe.It is recommended that you clamp onto the pipe prior to mounting, as there will be a slight difference in the mounting hole pattern when clamped.
