b64 / b64d front hex adapter for b44 wheels

Replacement front Hex for Associated b64 and b64d cars. These are smaller 9.5mm for use of older b44 wheels.

I recommend printing in ABS. I believe PLA would not hold up.

Untested. I believe it would work, but found the more I tightened the wheel nut, the more the axle would want to bind.
