Another case for Orange PI PC / Orange PI PC+ (plus)

I have included few versions:
Top part with breakable GPIO cover, one without the cover.
Standard bottom part and one with wall/desk mounting option.

Can fit a 40mm fan.

There is opening for all the ports, microphone and IR receiver.
