CTC replicator dual 28mm spool holder

Its made up from a few different parts and can be tinkerd with if anyone wants a go. its not a complicated thing. the screw thread and the locking ring are a fixed size for the CTC replicator dual 3D Printer spool holes.

I have just recieved a different size spool of abs with a 29mm hole in the middle and it did not fit any of my spool holders so.... redesign time.
