Lead screw Z-axis T8

This new lead screw mount for T8-8. Mounting on V-SLOT by four M5x10. And use four M3x25 with washes and screw for mounting trapezoidal Screw Copper Nuts.
Distance of center is 21mm Z-motors mount (in original 14mm), for collinear location nut and motor pulley.
I add the different inner and outer diameter for nut.
