Anet A8 - Rear Sensor Mount M18

A few reasons to build my own sensor mount :

- I did not like the sensor mount in the front because you can't see the nozzle very good
- existing ones for the back uses 2 holders and stability is not very good
- i want a simple possibility to adjust heigt with only one screw
- stable, solid and only one piece to print without suppports
