Brompton Carrier Block Adapter for Detours Pannier

I recently got a Brompton and wanted a way to make my Detours Pannier fit the proprietary Brompton carrier block. This adapter clips into the Brompton carrier block and holds the pannier up at the correct height. While designed for the Detours pannier, it will probably work with others.
UPDATE:
New version, by popular demand. This new file has a cut out to prevent the head tube knobs from interfering with the rack. The bike can now be fully folded with the bag attached.
