Effector plate for Micromake C1

The stock effector plate leaves a lot of room for misalignments and play. This new design eliminates those issues. It also reduced the amount of nuts and bolts saving weight and inertia. This E version adds clamps to clamp down the belt, doing away with the zip ties.
If you are a user of the BLTouch you can use the included BLTouch mount. The offsets for the mount are:

X: 26.5 mm
Y: 7.7 mm
