Raise3D Extruder Board Cover

I designed a new cover / Mount Plate for the extruder board on my Raise3D printer. The stock mount was just too flimsy and warped over time due to heat from the motor. This new design is much thicker and holds the board in place better. I also kept the design as open as possible so that you can reach all of the electronics parts with ease without having to remove the entire board.
