Discoeasy support stylo pour dessin 2D

Here is a pen holder for Dagoma Discoeasy 200.

Add a screw to allow x axis end stop to be touched.

Just re-init z offset, put & screw the pen, then validate new offset.

I included a mickey.g modified file to keep only one layer and shutdown fans / prevent heating.

Update : This thing just let me level my bed, just use a roller pen, no mistake with it.
