Yet Another Mosfet mount for the Anet A8

Another Anet A8 mosfet mount. I wanted to design my own using my editor of choice called OpenSCAD [1]. The design file is attached. The entire design is fully parametrised so you can simply change a variable at the top of the file and the design will rebuild accordingly. I have included two stl files for the mosfet board to be mounted either vertically or horizontally; to do this only requires swapping two variables around: mosLctrs and mosWctrs.
