Another Spinner Design, based off of Spinner Craft's " Lil' Baller Spinner.
Uses 15 mm ball bearings as weights, and standard 608 bearings for the center.
This part shows up as vertical, all you need to do is rotate it in your slicer.

5/20/17 NEW VERSION: Fixed the problem where the center hole was not actually centered on the part.
