Update:
I've added a lid with a 60mm x 10mm fan but haven't tested as I intend to use without a fan. The other design is minimalistic and doesn't have room for a fan. It doesn't require screws, just press fits with the bottom.

Update:
For anyone worried about the lack of fan, I'm running this as it is and it doesn't get hot at all.
