Single Cog Spinner

I wanted to make a small single bearing spinner. I really liked the design of the [Cog Spinner](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1805716) made by [LoveWaffle](http://www.thingiverse.com/LoveWaffle/about) and made a design based on it's dimensions.

This works with a standard 608 bearing.
