Wire holder

I needed something simple to accurately cut 600 small gauge wires.

Thread some hat elastic through the holes and tie off on the side with the five holes.
Double sided tape to hold down.

Feed wire from spool under elastic.
Drag out to length required, use cutters on the bottom side of the opening in the middle of the part,.
The wire end is held ready to grab and drag out again.
