Wade's Extruder fan mount (40mm)

Similar to phillson's design but with a slightly larger diameter, only half coverage, and a smaller but tapered output to the PEEK. Should give more directed airflow to the PEEK while giving a larger volume to the print itself. Should also calm any melting if printed in PLA. Works beautifully so far.
