Mean Well LRS-350 mount/cover/inlet for AM8 frame

Here's a mount design, for attaching a Mean Well LRS-350 power supply to pheneeny's AM8 remix. It securely mounts the supply to the printer, fully encloses the supply terminals and AC connections, and holds a switched/fused power inlet module.

The mount is designed to support the weight of the supply on the XY frame of the printer instead of the Z frame - there is a small connector that goes between the supply and the Z frame but this just serves to keep the supply from wobbling. The "step" i
