Von Karman Nosecone (Shelled) with Shoulder

VK Ogive nosecone, basically just jsc's model with a shoulder and shelled rather than solid. I've built both of these and they fit tubes pretty well.

Not flown either yet. Also not sure if the PLA I've used would really be any good for HPR but there's only one way to find out ...
