Improved upon Heartman's design by adding the ability to add label and cutout panel to the back of the box, for power input, audio in or power button.

Of course you can customize this design for bigger box just like Heartman's

When printing, flip the top piece and rotate the back & front panel 90 degree or it will be very hard (impossible w/o support) to print.
