Prusa i3 Accessory Mounting Arm (modified)

Slight remix of Verris' Prusa i3 Accessory Mounting Arm to make it a bit longer and to add a different attachment point on the end so it will work with the head piece of [jlarsenwy's PiCam v2 mount](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1836395). The pieces can be attached with a #4 machine screw, washers, and nut.

**NOTE:** this arm does restrict the movement of the carriage at the very top end of its Z travel. If the carriage contacts the arm, you will have to recalibrate your Z axis.
