Electric Cookie Extruder Adapter

My friend at work bought an electric cookie extruder, her old one uses a slide and rail system to choose the shape you want. Well, the diameters of the extruder ends were different so I designed her a new one. Got some cookies out of the deal! Sorry I have no idea the make and model of the cookie extruder.
