Armattan 30A ESC Cover- Chameleon Frame

I found the original ESC cover to be a bit too small for the BNF Chameleon's Armattan 30A ESCs, so I modified the shape just a bit to make the cutout 2.5mm wider.

I also added some small zip tie indentations to help keep the two zip ties from sliding around in a crash.

Edit: Added a v2 file to refine the fit on my chameleon. Slightly taller, 4mm longer, and repositioned/redesigned zip tie channels.
