19 Shot Absolver for 2.5" PVC Fittings

Updated: Barrel size has been increased to 13mm for a better dart fit and shell OD has been decreased slightly to 72mm for tolerances in 2.5" PVC fittings. There are two versions:
- 19shot_13mm_shell_insert - Just the barrel pieces. For if you have a material you would like to make your shells out of and just want to print the bare essentials. 69.8mm at the widest point, so these will be quite loose in 2.5" fittings.
- 19shot_13mm_shell_capped - Has a 10mm tall circle at the bottom meant to
