Printrbot Simple Filament Guide

Some Printrbot Simple printer's do NOT have an upper filament guide. Consequently the filament can wander and ride up the side of the extruder gear resulting in the filament jamming. This guide keeps the filament centered on the extruder gear. Print it, measure for holes on top of extruder assembly, very carefully drill holes, and then mount.
