Truck Door Handle

Original installed handle and replacement continued to break on the lever that unlatches the door. Modified the handle to have more material along the lever by adding fillets. Printed the handle upright so that the layers would be across the fatigue point. Model is designed for driver side door. The model can be mirrored for passengers side.

First print was printed in ABS. Printed lasted for about 5 months before it was met with the same fate of the original OEM design.
