DYS 83mm Elf

This is a reupload of something someone else designed and uploaded on here. It was deleted for some reason and I so happen to have downloaded it before it was deleted. Update: Just modded the Original frame to be long enough for 20xx props. Dont know if ill change the ducts also to accommodate the resize since
