Angled Bowden Extruder v2

Upgraded version of the angle extruder http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1700553. It was pointed out by Mike1960 that the filament path thru the extruder was bowed. This caused friction in pulling and pushing the filament through the extruder. The new version has a straight extruder path (assuming a drive gear with an approx 7mm throat). It can also be mounted at a downward tilt to make it easier to feed (see pictures). There are versions of the extruder for 1.75 and 3.0mm filament
