I call this affectionately the "Salad Bar" because that is what I feel it looks like. I randomly inserted small cylinders on the bar which I will paint white for contrast. The stairs may have to be reshaped if you need them more on a curve. I made my own platform out of basswood so yours may differ. The size of this in relation to the rest of the furniture is up for debate. I did not make this table as fancy as it should be.
