Better BB Fidget Spinner

A better, upgraded, and redesigned fidget spinner incorporating BBs.
You will need a total of 40 BBs. Half need to be installed from one side and the other half from the other side.
Since I hate printing with supports the top side of the spinner looks nicer than the bottom.
At least 20% infill needed so that installing the BBs doesn't crack the print.
I've found it easiest to put all five BBs in one section and hammer them in all at once.
