Filament spool adjustment screw

Adjustable device that can be used if you have issues with the inner radius of the spool being too big for the axis.
If needed you can adjust the size of the inner diameter (where the axis goes) or the outer diameter of the cone shaped part to fit your needs.
Built to match https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:673094 but can probably be used with other things as well.
