*update Fan duct Wake L3K Extruder V2

The extruder wade L3K v2 is very good ... But I encountered several problems!
- the flange is not wide enough and rubs on the big wheel.
- the flange does not allow the duct fans to descend correctly at the level of the nozzle
- the thickness of the ducts fans is so thin, that the connection with the flange is weakened
- the vibrations make touch the fans duct on the block heating and which deteriorate them ...

So I remodelized these 3 pieces, taking into account these defects.
