X Axis Belt Tensioner for Anet A2 Tevo Tarantula, simplified + strengthened

I took the belt holder and improved it so that it would work for first time prints. This is just the belt holder, not the whole assembly, get the whole assembly from these things:

I broke 5 of the original belt holders, so I simplified and strengthened it to work for a first time print.
