It's an endcap for the Koss Pro DJ100, Pro DJ 200 or TBSE1 Tony Bennett Signature Edition, in case one popped off or something. Fits snugly over whatever nut screws fine onto the bolt already in there - I think it's an M3.5. No glue required.
