Track Baton Hold

Resizing of the CAD may be required as this is meant to hold a baton of 12.5 cm circumference and regulation batons may fit anywhere between 12 and 13 cm. Also this part is very small and easy to lose so carrying multiple would be highly recommended. In that same context this part is sacrificial in that it will break (most likely) when the baton is taken hastily.
