Prusa i3 MK2 Nozzle Fan Upgrade

Hello lovers of the Prusa i3 MK2,

after upgrading the extruder fan with the thing from JKSniper (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2076234) which reduced the noise level of the printer a lot there was still the noisy nozzle fan. Therefore I had to do something!

After the good experience with the Noctua fans I decided to design an additional fan adapter for an 60mm fan (60mm because the air flow of the 40mm version was lower than the flow rate of the stock radial fan)
