Forgive the edge lift at the bottom of the base, it shouldn't be a problem if you're using tape or have a heated bed. Prints out well standing up straight, but can also be printed with support laying at 90˚.

The recess is ~46x50x1mm and has been left blank so you can add your own epitaphs. (print it out on a 2d printer or add your own text with the included IGES file.)
