CR-10 Z-axis endcap for max printing heigh.

A new endcap for the CR-10's Z-axis in order to fully utilize its heigh. Should get you up to 420 (tehe) millimeters or at least one additional centimeter. It comes with snap-fit for the ball bearing, which can be reused from the original cap.

Not that it might be of terribly much use without also taking measures to reduce vibration but you gotta start somewhere.
