TL-Smoother 4 bay case and cover (Updated)

After working with this version, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2032013 The current TL-Smoother's do not fit properly. I redrew this from scratch to make the tolerances work better. The dimensions are different than the original and there are currently no holes in the bottom. I am still working on that. On my Anet A8, I am going to mount these in a spot on the inside of the vertical bar/acrylic on the left side. Not sure where are the moment.
