Replicator 2 camera mount adapter

Upgraded to Octopi to run my Makerbot Replicator 2 and had the camera taped to my Replicator 2 for about a year now. It was so close that I had to use a wide angle lens to see the prints. I looked around for a camera mount and couldn't find one that just worked. So I just started looking for any raspberry pi camera arm design that I could use for my needs.
