A sword made in the old classic way, only with wood and laser. No for sparring purpose - this sword will break and is oversize anyway.
Instructions:
1) Use laser to cut the DXF files .Use 4 mm wood.
2) assemble the parts and glue them together. the two largest peaces are in the middle and the smallest parts on the top and bottom layer.
3) 3D print the STL files.
4) insert the guard to the small squire "tail" of the wood peace.
Optional: Secure the guard with glue.
5) Hammer down
