The Z axis stop bracket supplied with my I4 was very flimsy and split as soon as I fixed it to the printer. This is my design for a replacement.

The screw holes are very snug. Depending on your printer you may need to make them wider. The hole sizes turned out pretty perfect for me once I had screwed the bolts in an out completely (don't want them too loose).
