Lulzbot TAZ 5 Combo upgrade -Supports Removed

As the title says, I removed the built in supports so I could use my own. I also removed the "3.00 MM" badge from the front.

There was also some floating triangles and a bit of weird geometry on the mount so I fixed that.

Added "extruder mount smaller heat insert" to be used with slightly smaller 5mm heat inserts.

Added "extruder_taller_modification_3_00mm_v4_no_support_tighter_tolerance.stl" to fit around the hexagon hotend a bit tighter.
