Light Shield Hinged Flap

The LED display on our clock radio was like a spotlight at night and needed some covering up.

So the solution was a hinged flap that could be lowered to change radio stations but put up to block the light.

In this configuration the flap is held up simply by a piece of double-stick tape, as are the two outer hinge supports.

You need to print two of the "hinges". They are designed for a 4.5mm (or roughly 5/32") shaft.
