Compact extruder for 1.75 mk8 mk7 mount for Prusa I3 rework

Thank you to Tech2C for the original file. I have updated it so that it may (litterally) be "hooked" on the top of a Prusa I3 rework frame. No screws or additional mounting hardware needed. I also enlarged the inlet side hole to more readily accept the PC4-M6 fitting without breaking or cracking the print when inserted.
