Manual z-probe holder for Microcube

*Note: This is a work in progress only for the firmware part: I had some problem having repetier firmware using this probe on z-max connector, and does not had enough time yet to look a it. But it's ok, for the mechanical part (printing part, assembling and testing).*

This is a manual z-probe holder. "Manual" mean you have to clip the probe yourself before lauching an auto z leveling, and then remove it before printing.

This probe is not made to be used at the begining of each print to mak
