Originally designed to fit the Tevo Tarantula, but turns out it fits an E3D V6 pretty well too. Should fit any hotend with a 30mm fan. The area for the lights fits a strip 50mm long by 8mm wide. Below are the lights I used:

There are versions with and without the full fan guard and versions of each with and without the little loop for a ziptie.
